Cancellation of Order: you can cancel your order any time up until the your item goes into production. Once your item has been sent to production, orders can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds/returns: made to order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you cancel your order, and it has not gone into production, you will receive a FULL refund.
