REFUNDS | RETURNS | REVIEWS
In accordance with the consumer guarantees contained in Australian Consumer Law, we offer refunds based on the following:
- A faulty or damaged item is received (photo/video evidence must be provided) – please contact us within 5 business days.
- You receive an item you did not order.
Please note: shipping costs are NON refundable.
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method.
We also offer exchange or a credit note in place of a refund.
You must contact us within 5 business days prior to any return to ensure you are eligible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags or labels attached.
Our Refund/Return Policy (under Australian Consumer Law) does not cover or apply to:
- Personalised items – site wide
- Change of mind – product doesn’t fit or look the way you anticipated
- Return shipping costs
- Contact has been made after 5 business days
- Delays in shipping/your parcel arrives late
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds & Returns – if applicable
We will acknowledge receipt of your return once received.
Upon inspection, you will be notified as to whether you qualify for a refund based on our Policy above. If approved, your refund will be made to the original payment method, less shipping costs and a restocking fee of 5%.
