REFUNDS

In accordance with the consumer guarantees contained in Australian Consumer Law, we offer refunds based on the following:

  • A faulty or damaged item is received (photo/video evidence must be provided) – please contact us within 5 business days.
  • You receive an item you did not order.

Please note: shipping costs are NON refundable.

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method.

We also offer exchange or a credit note in place of a refund.

RETURNS

You must contact us within 5 business days prior to any return to ensure you are eligible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags or labels attached.

Our Refund/Return Policy (under Australian Consumer Law) does not cover or apply to:

  • Personalised items – site wide
  • Change of mind – product doesn’t fit or look the way you anticipated
  • Return shipping costs
  • Contact has been made after 5 business days
  • Delays in shipping/your parcel arrives late

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds & Returns – if applicable

We will acknowledge receipt of your return once received.

Upon inspection, you will be notified as to whether you qualify for a refund based on our Policy above. If approved, your refund will be made to the original payment method, less shipping costs and a restocking fee of 5%.

As a valued customer, we also value your feedback and reviews, which is an extremely important part of any business. Not all businesses are equal! We pride ourselves in our customer service, always striving to do better.

Reviews help other customers feel comfortable to shop with us. We understand the need to feel secure when making a purchase on-line. Trust is everything!

Which is why we ask all our customers to leave a review after receiving their product. We want to know that you are happy with your purchase and it met your expectations. It lets us know we are doing things right. However, if we’ve made a mistake, this too is important for us to know. We cannot improve if we do not know, but we invite you to contact us first to get your issue resolved promptly and to your satisfaction.

When you receive a notification to leave a review, simply follow the links in the email. If you receive a reminder, please consider the above. If you choose not to leave a review, we respect this and no further reminders will be sent.
