• once we have received your order, you will be sent a google drive link to upload your photos
• your photos will be deleted once the project is completed

 DELIVERY TIMELINE

• please allow approx. 3-5 business days for your proof to be created and emailed

 PHOTO SELECTION

The following provides some guidance on how to choose your photos.

• Choose photos that are not cropped in any way
• Avoid close ups
• Portrait photos will work best.  Landscape photos generally are not tall enough.
• Choose high quality photos, ie:
  – clear or crisp, not blurry
  – good lighting
  – size of photo is important (around 1 megabyte is a good size)
  – keep in mind the shapes of the letters in the name when choosing photos
